Good graphics and sound. The partner they give you is really stupid, taking tricks unnecessarily.

Your partner is stupid. He leads small when he has big cards and you are going nil and intentionally takes the trick from you if you need tricks.

Very simple and to the point. :-)

If the game allows partners, then partners should cover each other and play as a team.

I’m a beginner. I played two games and won both. Great learning tool.

I agree with those who say the partner plays poorly. The partner plays very poorly. I only played 2 games before I removed this from my computer. For those who think this is good for beginners, I would caution you, that you will not learn good strategy playing with a dum partner! Nor is it satisfying!

This game is a good game of spades. The board moves quickly. The computer players do not throw the game. The graphics are great too. There is nothing to complain about when a quality game is free! I have not had the experience of my partner playing poorly. No complaints at all.

Game works okay. Sometimes the players play real dumb. ;-)

The idiot that put in the language for this game should have to refund EVERY PENNY that’s ever been spent on it. The gameplay is not poor, IT’S HORRIBLE!!! When you go a nil, the computer will lead you a 2 as over, and later you’ll discover that it had the ace or king of that same suit. All these good ratings must be planted because this is the worst game for spades I have EVER played. If I could have rated it a zero I would have. BEWARE!!!!!!!!

Don’t bother. If you want your computer partner to play at the level of a 2-year old, then by all means, download and get beat all the time.

The bright colors were bothersome at first, but now that I have played a bit I have adjusted and really like this game. Would like to be able to set level of play as the partner sometimes does jaw dropping plays.

I like this game a lot, except, my partner almost always bids “1”, even when his/her hand contains aces, kings, spade, etc. This seems to be a problem with a number of spades games. I have to constantly overbid to make up for the partner’s consistent underbidding. Why is this? Can it not be corrected? The opponents do not seem to do this. Would love a response on this. Thanks.

This version of Spades is really fun! I certainly have a better understanding of the game now than I had previously. I recommend this to anyone that’s fond of the game. It’s definitely worth the download.
